1. Digital Goods & Immediate Performance

All products sold on Goashape Studio (www.goashape.com) are non-tangible, irrevocable digital software assets and design templates delivered electronically immediately upon completed transaction. These include typography fonts (.OTF, .TTF, .WOFF2), Adobe Photoshop mockups (.PSD), Apple Keynote presentations (.KEY), and Canva design systems.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Directive)

Pursuant to European Union consumer rights legislation and Section 7(6)(l) of Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in the Sale of Goods or Provision of Services under Distance Contracts:

By placing your order and completing the download of digital files, you explicitly request and consent to immediate contract performance prior to the expiration of the standard statutory withdrawal period, and you formally acknowledge that you forfeit your 14-day right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

3. Our Technical Quality Guarantee

While all digital sales are final, we hold our craft to the highest standards. We provide full assistance and remedies under the following conditions:

Defective or Corrupted Files: If an archive or file is technically corrupted, missing advertised smart-object layers, or fails to open in the supported software versions stated in the product specifications, please contact us at info@goashape.com within 14 days of purchase.
Technical Resolution: We will inspect the issue and provide an updated, fully functional file or alternative direct download link within 48 business hours. If we are unable to resolve the technical defect, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Accidental Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice in separate transactions, email us with both order numbers and we will immediately process a refund for the duplicate charge.

4. Software Compatibility Notice

Before purchasing, please verify the required software versions and hardware specifications indicated on each product page. We cannot issue refunds if you do not own the prerequisite software (such as Adobe Photoshop or Apple Keynote) necessary to utilize the files.
