Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of these products, refunds & cancellations are not accepted.

Digital Downloads

All temples are instant digital downloads and for editing them the each needed Adobe program or Powerpoint, Keynote, GoogleSlide Software (Account) and a basic knowledge with them is needed.

All products in my shop are digital so they are only available via downloads. No physical item will be send in no one case. Once your payment is processed your purchased item will be available via Etsy's digital file delivery service for downloading (it can take some minutes). All downloaded files are .zip files and first have to be unzipped to get access to all.

Licenses

Every purchase comes with a STANDARD LICENCE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you want to use a product for commercial purposes then you have to purchase a ADDITIONAL EXTENDED LICENCE.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE:

Every purchase of a product comes with ONE personal use licence, which allowed you to make personal brandings, social media postings, business cards or flyers for printing… up too 500 copies. If you need 1000 copies, then you have to buy the product a second time, so you get the permission to print up to 1000 copies and so on.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE:

If you want to use a product in an commercial way, then you have to buy an ADDITIONAL EXTENDED LICENCE. The additional extended licence allows to make designs for clients and sell them.

Additional commercial use rules:

- A product + extended licence purchase allows to use the product for ONE client. For another client you have to buy the same PRODUCT + EXTENDED LICENCE again to get new licences.

- Client gets only end product files like JPEG, PNG, PDF, MP4 & not editable files like PSD, AI, PPTX, KEY, EPS.

- Printing is allowed up too 1000 copies. If 2000 copies are needed, then you have to buy the product a second time & so on.

GENERALLY NOT ALLOWED:

- It`s not permitted to share, resell or redistribute the original files themselves in whole or in part (not digital, not printed),to use as freebies/giveaways or claim them as your own.

- It`s not permitted to use any product with third party/print on demand services like Zazzle or Cafe Press.

Software

All products are made with the all chargeable Adobe, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop or or Powerpoint; Keynote Software, Google Slide(Account). Every product description have a detailed program statement, so you always have an exactly statement which program version is needed. I always recommend to edit my products with Adobe programs. Please note that a at least a basis knowledge is needed to work with this chargeable programs.

PRINTING

Please make sure before making printing files, that all program/template conditions are ready to print. Please note that there is always some color variation between screen and print. GoaShape is not responsible for printing errors.

Fonts & images

Due to copyright issues, I can not provide the font and image files themselves but you will always get all needed links with the purchase.

Almost all used fonts and images are free and always usable for commercial proposals.

Preview images

All used mock-ups and/or images in previews are only for presentation and not included into the purchases. Please read always the product description carefully to see what exactly is included.

Template/product trouble

The first question is, do you have generally problems with the Adobe programs/Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides or after all with a template/product!? If you have problems to work with a Adobe program / Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides then please visit the software helping center. If you directly have trouble with a template/product please contact me and we will surely can handle the problem.

Design polices

GoaShape retains all rights to purchased designs. You can not share, resell or redistribute the original files themselves in whole or in part (not digital and not printed). It`s also not permitted to use my products as freebies/giveaways or claim them as your own.

All templates are for other professional designers and/or people who are able to work with Adobe, Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides programs. At least a basic knowledge in Adobe, Powerpoint, Keynote programs is needed.

All templates are non-exclusive and are sold multiple times.
